Have been planning for quite a long time for this day. Slept at 4a.m. today just to make teacher's day preparations (for cat high teachers).
See no point in coming to AJ today, other than passing my gift to Clement Ong. I thought the dance was going to be a blast, but it turned out to be a mass-scampering session during assembly. It should have been done in the field, where we can dance easier with more space, but we have to do it in AJ square. Since movements is restricted, we can't dance well. But still, I enjoyed the brief dance session. The dance is nice and i love the rythm of the coutry song.
After the celebration has ended, the cat highs gathered at the porch. We intended to do the Cat High beloved cheer together, but evaluated that it wouldn't be wise to do that in front of the principal's office and the cat-high-hating people. Some even straight away changed into Cat High uniform. The boldness and patriotism.... If I were told before-hand, I would have gladly changed into my uniform to profess my loyalty. But then again, my wisdom tells me it is not a good idea. There's also some girls in SN uniform. I guess having a large population from common school does give us certain pride and boldness.
We arrived at Cat High. The people to greet us first are the security guards. I guess they got overwhelmed by the large influx of alumnis that they gave up taking down names of the visitors, and greeting us with a "welcome back". How nice, but I still prefer the old security guard. He is more friendly.
Journey to the staff room took longer than usual. Probably because we went round to inspect the school once more, especialy the toilets: our pride. Haha... I thought we were kinda early, but the passage to staff room is stagnant with people crwding. My class were already gathered at the bridge by then. So much for being early. But then again, it's already 10+.
Met most of my teachers, but did not meet Ms Chan and Ah Du. Then Priscilla called that she's here. omg! It's quite easy to spot her, since her outfit is rather...umm... distinct.
My AJ cat highs wif Ms Tan, our beloved maths teacher....
My class played baskeballll, and then soccerrr. Then, we ate together at PS and played pool at Paradigm (it's a place. haha....). By then, it's down to only 7 of us.
There's a restaurant nearby. It's location is rather weird for a restaurant, since the area is quite concealed and out-of-place, people would not even notice it's presence. Naturally, there's only 2 tables occupied. One by a horny couple holding hands as they eat =.= The other table is a guy wearing sleeveless coat, with the hair tied back. I would think that he is an ordinary bloke deprived of better place to eat, until justin pointed out to me:
"Isn't he Alex Toh, the guy who sang tuo diao?"
omg... it's really him! after a closer look... but I am not a fan of him anyway. We wanted to take a picture with him, but thought it wouldn't be nice. He came to Singapore to film for a local drama.
Then, another time when I went to the toilet, I passed by a girl dressed like a slut. Then, as we got closer, jap said:
"Isn't that le yao?"
I was shocked again. Obviously I suck at recognising people. Wanted to go over to her to take a closer look, but scared she misunderstand that I'm a perv...
Guess it became rather late, and my mum keeps calling me to go home. So, I left early. Shit! Want to spend more time with my friends, such a rare chance for us to get together like this. But maybe I should be satisfied, as long as I have a good time together.
Maybe I should cherish my current class more. If I graduate 2 years later and then start longing for their company, realising how much it sucked without them, maybe it will be too late. I love my class and the people in AJ.
